Fees & Costs

Valuation	Costs as per stipulated by The Zimbabwe Estate Agents Council
Market Assessments	Free if accompanied by a signed mandate to sell
Management fees (Payable by Landlord)	15% (negotiable) of monthly rental on residential, (including flats) or agricultural properties + 15% VAT
	10% (negotiable) of monthly rental on industrial/commercial properties +15% VAT
Selling Commission (Payable by Seller)	5% of the purchase price + 15% VAT (this scale is negotiable for sole agencies or for more expensive properties)
Buying Costs (Payable by Purchaser)	Transfer fees 2% – 3% Conveyancing  fees 2% – 4% (incl. VAT) Plus Sundries
